Our Question Accreditation
As an extension of our review service, we are happy to independently verify a question set as clear, fair and fit-for-purpose.
Once a question set is approved, our Pure Questions Mark logo can be used for promotion and delivery. This demonstrates to participants that the questions have been carefully set and should be quick and logical for them to answer. In addition the mark can be used when publicising results, such as for a customer satisfaction survey, in order to give the findings additional credibility.
How does the process work?
You can email or post us a copy of the questions, preferably with any background documentation on what information the question set is intended to obtain. Next, we conduct an initial question review and, if necessary, arrange a telephone conversation to clarify any queries regarding audience and scope. We then conduct the full review and, if not all your questions are approved, provide suggestions for how the questions could be amended and any extra questions it may be helpful to ask. We also include a 30 minute follow-up telephone conversation to discuss these edits as part of the service.
For more details about exactly what we check for during a review please see the corresponding sections on Improving Surveys or Improving Assessments.
Using the Pure Question Mark logo
If we have approved your question set, you are able to use the Pure Question Mark logo on it at no extra cost.
Guide pricing
We generally charge £200 + VAT to review a set of up to 25 questions, although we may charge more for a particularly complex subject area. If you would like us to review several question sets at once, we should also be able to offer a discount. Please contact us for a firm quote.
