Pure Questions was set up on the basis that good question design is underestimated in terms of both difficulty and importance and that there was a need for services to help.

Founder

Our founder and Principal is Neil Bachelor. He was previously Head of Research and Development for Cognisco, a knowledge assessment provider, and then Senior Product Development Consultant at SHL, a psychometric testing company. He has pioneered a number of cutting edge assessment techniques and advised numerous blue-chip clients on various aspects of question design and best practice.
